Alicia Mae
FOUNDER + Event Producer
Alicia is the friend you can count on to plan something thoughtful for you on a whim.
And she's always been down to throw a good party. But, that party-planning passion took a step up when she experienced her first large-scale event.
While assisting a friend at a high-end bat mitzvah, Alicia couldn't help but notice the magnificence of the decor and production surrounding her. She was instantly drawn in and forever hooked.
Alicia refined her hospitality and guest experience skills as a long-time fine dining server for some of New York City's finest restaurants. So, in 2014, she followed her passion for events, combined it with her heart for serving others, and officially founded ILE Events.
Over the last ten years, she has become known for her comprehensive approach and graceful professionalism. And she continues to lead the charge in luxury weddings and events —worldwide.
